Designed to be used with a rifle or handgun, Powerfly Gong Targets are resistant to damage, even from high powered loads and large caliber bullets. Gong targets are made from premium quality AR500 pre-hardened 3/8″ steel plate. Corrosion resistant paint increases the lifespan of the steel, making it an ideal choice for all your practice sessions.

Easy to use at home or at the range
Laser cut, the gong has special mounting holes. Simply use bolts to attach chains to the gong target, then hang the target in an appropriate spot. Mount your targets at an angle so that the bullets have an easier path to the ground. To avoid damaging the gong, we recommend a minimum firing distance of 15 yards for handguns and 100 yards for rifles; velocity on impact should be less than 3000 ft/sec. Don’t use steel core, armor-piercing or other rounds designed to rip through steel. The target is designed to be portable and weighs in at around 40lb. Safety when shooting should be your top priority.
IDEAL FOR HOME OR RANGE USE: Take your beer cans to the recycling center and get yourself a proper target. Available in 8 inch – the Powerfly AR500 Targets make a satisfying ‘clang’ every time a shot connects. The target stand is not included in sale.
